That’s another coinage, but it tropes the selfidentical lineage which begins with integral infant-child curiosity (which arises from intrinsic interest in self-enhanciveness) through healthy child fascination with exploration and adventurism, then teen intensities of experimentation, to academic appeals that become innovative enterprises. For me, that became appeals of inquiry as such, as feature of highly individuating life, which becomes conceptual inquiry into conceptuality. I write from and to a sensibility that loves a dilemma, finding inspiration for thinking. The emergence of insight is fun. Even mediate activity that is determined to “get it right” gets a thrill from doing so, thanks to astute interest in discovery. next—> mind
