  Self interest (of oneSself)
appreciating an integral conception of self-enhanciveness

Self-enhancive interest is integral to being a thriving child (ref. 2: page 369),
which shows in love of learning.

Through fascination, curiosity, exploring, and inquiry, the child avidly individ-
uates natural capacity into capabilities of who the child feels to be.

That differentiation “develops” (forms itself) from our primal capacity for differentiation, individuated through the years, which I want to explore in detail elsewhere soon: “How do primal differentiations ‘happen’…?” [to be a link].

A child’s implicit, individuating conception of being who they are—the energetic flow of loving life—precedes articulation of any integral ardency or avidness.
But a child implicitly owns who they’re becoming—and, after 24 months-or-so, commonly wants that scknowledged.

Learning to be whom one “is” (becoming through engagement, as if destined to be “who I am”) seldom reaches the conceptual level I’m pursuing here, but a person shows their Sself conception as their articulable way of life.

Eventually, the better selfidentity learns to easily distinguish [a] oneself in genuine interpersonal engagement (being situationally apt) from [b] life-oriented, auth-
entic Sselfidenity—though the differential capability isn’t commonly articulated. Yet, that individuation—authentic (relative to one’s life) and genuine (relative to others in one’s life)—grew from sprouted want of flourishing.

Flourishing Sself-interest is at best flexibly self-differential (s/p differencing) and comfortably Self-differential (S/s differencing). Being self-confident (securely selfidentical) is at best comfortably open to creativity and emergent mysteries of oneSelf welcomed by reflection: flexible outerworldliness irw creative inner-
worldliness.

Better parenting, better teaching, better professional caring, and better leadership are comfortable with s/p difference.

The Work of art is S/s-dofferemtially distinct from producing particular art works. The artist may choose public silence about “the” Meaning of the work in “your” light because that significance abides in the shared event. An authorship may be the voice of a story by the author who embodies some other voice some other time, as if all person-al life is genuine theater.
